Staff Training and Mystery Shopper Service
This is a great way to find out how your business performs from a customers perspective.
Our bar consultants will visit your establishment on a day requested by you. We will evaluate the service, the staff and the establishment as a whole. If there is anything which you would like us to focus on, we will also include this into our visit.
We will then provide you with a detailed report on our experience and advise on how you could improve the venue from a customers point of view.
If you are looking to further train your staff, whether that be in cocktails or general service, we will carry out this review before we are introduced to your staff. This will give us a true understanding of how they are performing and how we can help them improve.
We offer you continued support and a different consultant will make a second visit after the training is complete.
